The PC 140 is a compact and high capacity plasma cutting machine, with sturdy design for the industrial cutting service of all electrically conductive materials. Supplied with the water-cooled high capacity cutting torch PHC 140 the PC 140 performs economic cuts on materials of up to 40 mm thickness.

The well designed water-cooling of nozzle and electrode reduces considerably the wear of both and increases the life time of the complete torch system. The built-in security control switches off immediately in case the electrically insulated nozzle cap is not screwed on properly.

Because of the possibility to use argon and hydrogen as plasma gas this process is one of the most environmentally beneficial plasma cutting processes on the market.

Supplied with the water-cooled high capacity cutting torch PHC 140-M the PC 140-M performs economic cuts on materials of up to 60 mm thickness. The well designed water-cooling of nozzle and electrode reduces considerably the wear of both and increases the life time of the complete torch system.

The MPSG 20 D is a compact and high capacity plasma welding machine, with sturdy design for the industrial welding service of steel, stainless steel and other high alloyed steels from 0.05mm material thickness, except aluminium. The integrated soldering function allows the working from workpieces without potential connection with non-transferred arc (=hot gas soldering).

The MPSG 20 D is supplied with an 20kHz-cycled fully transistorized welding power source. The switching of the welding current is made contactless, so that you have a high reproducibility of welding time and welding current. The welding current adjustment is made stepless with a 10-gear-precision-rotary resistor on the welding maschine or with a foot remote control.

The PW 50 is a compact and high capacity plasma welding machine, with sturdy design for the industrial welding service of steel, stainless steel and other high alloyed steels from 0.05mm material thickness, except aluminium. The PW 50 has serial an integrated high performance cooling unit and an interface for usage in production lines.
